These terms are a contract between Sygnific Limited ("Sygnific", "we") and the business that signs up for our service ("you"). By completing onboarding or paying for a subscription, you agree to them. Plain English is used on purpose; where these terms and a separate signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Sygnific provides an AI phone assistant ("your receptionist") that answers calls on your business line, screens and triages callers, books appointments into your schedule, and logs and summarizes every call for you. The receptionist identifies itself as an AI assistant to callers.
After you complete the onboarding form, we build your receptionist, give you a test number, and change nothing on your real phone line until you approve go-live in writing (email or message). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including prices, service areas, and where alerts should be sent.
We run the receptionist with reasonable skill and care, monitor it, and fix faults promptly. Scheduled maintenance and faults in third-party networks (telephone carriers, cloud providers) are outside our control, though we will always work around them where we can.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We own the receptionist technology and configurations; you own your business information and your call data. On cancellation we will provide your call logs on request and then delete recordings per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email; continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without affecting any consumer or business protections you are entitled to where you are based.
