Refund Policy

Our billing is designed so you should rarely need this page: you pay nothing until the service is live and working on your own line.

1. Free until it works

Onboarding, building your receptionist, and testing on your test number are free. Billing starts only at go-live, after your receptionist has handled its first real call on your line.

2. Cancel any month

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal or by emailing hello@sygnificai.com. Cancellation stops future charges; your service runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

3. Refunds

• If we charged you in error, or the service materially failed for a sustained period during a billing month, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund or credit that month. We are reasonable about this: if the service did not do its job, you should not pay for it.
• Monthly fees for periods where the service ran normally are not refundable once the period has started.
• Card refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Founding rate

The founding rate ($50 off the Pro plan) is a permanent discount given in exchange for a testimonial once the service has earned one. Cancelling and later resubscribing does not preserve the founding rate.
